Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Segment Producer writes correspondent scripts and produces pieces for Good Morning America. The Producer must be able to write for broadcast under a tight deadline, communicate a clear vision of the package with the video editor, organize video and graphic elements, and assure content meets ABC News editorial standards.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for a creative storyteller with a sharp nose for politics and news in Washington. Must be able to synthesize the story of the day, write and produce packages on a tight deadline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer an established record of writing and producing for on-air talent.
Required Education
BA or BS from a four year accredited college or university or equivalent experience
