Job Description

Reporting to the DTC Productions Manager and the Drama Director and working in the Drama Team, comprising of a Senior Drama Manager, Drama Managers and Drama Operation Executives, this role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the development and production of original scripted series, movies and other creative content for Disney + and the General Entertainment service in Turkey.  The role will provide internal production co-ordination support for projects both in development and in production. 

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the smooth office operation within the Drama & DTC Original Productions Team and manage the daily traffic of review production information & materials, and manage the sharing and archive process. Ensure all materials are available in good time.
  • Be the point of contact across all reporting paperwork and systems within the Disney + Production Process.
  • Manage production systems from schedules to creative treatments/scripts. Ensuring that materials are reviewed by the team and all documentation is tracked/saved and reported.
  • To collect and collate suitable reference materials for rest of Disney when production is in progress.
  • Create presentations as requested.
  • To assist in coordinating meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of production paperwork, e.g cue sheets/ shot lists, locate and retrieve these from other teams where necessary.
  • Create call sheets and movement orders as required. Book travel requirements as assigned (taxis / bikes / flights / accommodation / hire cars). Manage and process expenses & keep accurate records.
  • Liaise with safety and security stakeholders as directed.
  • Translate documents as requested and or liaise with external translators to achieve timely outcomes.
  • General administrative support – arranging training sessions, scheduling and facilitating meeting requests, taking meeting minutes.
The Experience We Require From You:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Media/Entertainment industry in similar role.
  • Ideally with digital/ DTC, broadcast or creative agency background.
  • Experience in working with brands.
  • Proven experience of working with multi territory teams.
  • Proven experience of managing executive level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of different video, audio and print formats.
  • A good understanding of Production Management and production processes.
  • Clear-thinking, straightforward approach to creative problem-solving and decision making
  • A thorough understanding of the production process, including postproduction workflow.
  • Strong ability to build working relationships with other Disney departments and executives, and with external partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Detailed working knowledge of both scripted development and production processes
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Solid understanding of industry terms, systems, protocols.
  • Good understanding of production insurance requirements, music reporting and rights clearance.
  • Highly self-motivated and responsible
  • Capable of working well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication & people skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
