GENERAL SUMMARY
We are looking for an exceptional Production Accountant to join Mirada. Our ideal candidate is someone who is fast-paced, organized and professional that can efficiently manage the day-to-day administrative functions of production accounting. You will interface with a variety of creative clients, crew and high level executives both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an exceptional Production Accountant to join Mirada. Our ideal candidate is someone who is fast-paced, organized and professional that can efficiently manage the day-to-day administrative functions of production accounting. You will interface with a variety of creative clients, crew and high level executives both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set Up Jobs in our accounting system
- Input all POs for Live/Post Production
- Track POs thru approval and payment process
- Input all Credit Card Receipts with Job assignments including Production charges
- Set up jobs with payroll company
- 1st POC for for Production Accounting Needs:
- Petty Cash
- POs
- In Take All PC
- In Take all Wraps
- Manage / Approve Invoices
- Oversee SAG Contracts and Guidelines/estimates with Business Affairs
- Route Job Contracts with Business Affairs and track status
- Pull audits for freelancers
- Wrap and Actualize productions including off shore productions
- Audit Productions
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- Production experience, preferably in commercial production
- An understanding of union guidelines
- Detail-oriented and used to a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
