The Producer will play a key role in AT WILL MEDIA’s growing slate of scripted original projects. This is a unique opportunity to participate in early creative development with a variety of stakeholders, work in daily production, and help guide the creative direction of future scripted projects.

Job Description

The role requires significant production experience in editorial as well as team collaboration on deliverables and schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, creatively curious, and upholds the highest standards for all projects. This position requires experience in (or a strong enthusiasm for) fictional content in podcasts, TV, and/or film.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 
  • Work closely with the Sr. Supervising Producer of Originals and the Sr. Development Manager to successfully transition greenlit projects from development to production and through to launch
  • Assist in keeping projects on track by helping maintain budgets and schedule; comfortable flagging issues with Sr. Supervising Producer and relevant leadership
  • Schedule, coordinate and lead recording sessions with talent, remotely and/or in-person; comfortable directing talent
  • Help with materials and paperwork related to production, including scripts, timelines, call sheets, sides, and talent agreements; assist with SAG-AFTRA paperwork for applicable parties 
  • Collaborate well with internal and external teams of casting directors, writers, editors, sound designers, composers, etc. throughout various stages of production
  • Coordinate with post-production teams to log tape and organize assets, as well as build assemblies and versions of episodes 
  • Review script and audio drafts audio through post-production, providing constructive feedback on story, pacing, and content
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 3-5 years experience working in audio production or relevant media
  • Detail-oriented with an exceptional ear for audio storytelling
  • Working knowledge of podcast and recording best practices, including appropriate software and gear, as well as how to “tech check” and quality control during tapings and post-production
  • Strong audio and dialogue editing skills in Pro Tools and/or Adobe Audition; experience in sound design and/or music composition helpful but not required
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with producers, writers, directors, voice actors, crew and talent representatives at all levels
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with strong time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator 
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, Slack, and Airtable

Salary Range: Starting at $75,000
