Job Summary/Description:

WCJB TV20 is searching for a Digital Executive Producer. This newsroom leader is an essential member of our management team, working side-by-side with the News Director and Assistant News Director. The Digital EP must be as confident in the newsroom working with talent and producers, as s/he is bringing dynamic content and promotion to all our digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

> Oversee digital content including wcjb.com and WCJB TV20 social media platforms
> Developing and executing defined strategies for growth
> Regularly update digital and social platforms and work closely with the news team to be certain the WCJB TV20 audience finds valuable information and has a positive experience
> Delegate and oversee content contributed by newsroom staff

Qualifications/Requirements:

> Newsroom Management experience a plus
> Knowledge and demonstration of editorial judgment, journalistic ethics and libel laws
