Job Description
Weigel Broadcasting has an immediate opening for a Copy Coordinator to add to our expanding Traffic department. This candidate will support the fast-paced, growing needs of our detail-orientated Traffic team. Hybrid work available.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive, interpret, and apply commercial copy based on agency instructions.
- Work with internal sales account executives and assistants regarding commercials and ad buys.
- Maintain commercial copy instruction files.
- Manage and work with digital delivery systems and internal archive department to download and receive commercial and paid programming materials.
- Help maintain commercial library inventory.
- Communicate with multiple departments and external sources to ensure all elements on the log are accurate.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous broadcast experience is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to work in a group environment, meet daily deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
