Job Description

A+E is looking for multiple Production Coordinators for the Marketing Production Operations department. The Coordinator should be extremely organized with the ability to multitask. They will partner with the Operations PM to support video production, project planning, and managing production schedules. The Coordinator will also work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets. Role may include need for budget management or creative production experience.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Brand Studio Post Coordinator:
  • Support production operations on all video deliverables across various platforms.
  • Build production schedules for producers to manage the effective use of creative resources
  • Maintain Airtable Operations base alongside PM
  • Manage off-air paid campaign timelines and deliveries alongside consumer marketing 
  • Facilitate internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments 
  • Help structure and improve workflow for creative production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity, challenge the status quo.
  • Partner with Production Managers and Prod Ops team to ensure full utilization of internal edit sessions
  • Provide support on footage selects process. Collaborate with AP’s, producers, editors, and assistant editors to maintain selects bins every month
  • Partner with 360 Production team to ensure all projects are supported operationally
  • Support with Legal & S&P approvals across all projects
  • Coordinate footage and photo licensing
  • Maintain Campaign Launch Base, updating with available footage from Programming team  
  • Understand the entirety of the On-Air delivery workflow and deliver promos as needed
  • Be a super user of Airtable and Orange Logic software.
  • Deliver assets for Fast Channels and Emerging Platforms as needed
  • Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed 
  • Opportunity to produce original creative content
Production Operations Coordinator:

  • Manage off-air paid campaign timelines and deliveries alongside consumer marketing 
  • Facilitate internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments 
  • Help structure and improve workflow for creative production teams for maximum efficiency and clarity, challenge the status quo.
  • Partner with Production Managers and Prod Ops team to ensure full utilization of internal edit sessions
  • Provide support on footage selects process. Collaborate with AP’s, producers, editors, and assistant editors to maintain selects bins every month
  • Partner with 360 Production team to ensure all projects are supported operationally

  • Coordinate Tagging sessions with Video Finishing Team  
  • Understand the entirety of the On-Air delivery workflow and deliver promos as needed
  • Be a super user of Airtable and Orange Logic software. Train new producers, coordinators, PA’s on workflow and software
  • Deliver assets for Fast Channels and Emerging Platforms as needed
  • Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed

YOUR STORY: 
  • Entry level position with expressed interest in production.
  • Candidate should be detail-oriented and able to multitask/handle multiple projects at once in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for Entertainment, Media, and Pop Culture.
  • Must be able to work autonomously on assigned workflow, with a strong sense of urgency, and with an appetite to learn more
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines, always with a can-do attitude and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to express new ideas and think outside the box
  • Openness to learning cross-discipline skills in order to support and cover Production teammates.
  • Foundational knowledge of time/schedule management
  • Pitch-in to support across the department, occasionally requiring nights, weekend, or overtime work, on short notice
  • Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere and/or Avid a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of social media platforms, video codecs, graphic design, file formats, and their workflows in relation to post-production.
  • Foundational knowledge of Airtable (or other Project Management Tools), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $23.29 - $28.81
