Production Designer

We are looking for an up-and-coming superstar or a seasoned vet with creativity and drive to help continue to elevate the iconic brand.

Individual to be responsible for helping drive the creative direction of our company. This individual will produce a wide variety of graphic elements to enhance our fan experience--seeing projects through from conception to production. In providing a creative and collaborative influence, the core focus will be graphic design, photography, and the game entertainment experience. Must understand branding and the importance of brand standards and be able to apply to all formats.   

The Designer will create in-venue video board graphics, digital advertising assets, email marketing collateral, print projects, and create social media content. Will also play a role in creating graphics. Individual will also manage a seasonal Creative Trainee to assist with design projects throughout the season.

Experience working with a professional or collegiate sports team in graphic design and game entertainment roles is preferred. Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to meet deadlines as well as adapt to changing schedules and environments is necessary.

Excellent graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) required; must have strong organization skills and attention to detail. Photography skills are a major plus.  A Bachelor's degree, two years' experience in graphic design preferred.
