Description:
- Have or develop a knowledge and understanding of cameras, lenses, and associated equipment and supplies used in the film and digital rental industry.
- Assist in inventory organization as needed.
- Assist checking out and prepping camera packages and other rental equipment.
- Assist in properly checking in equipment that has returned in a detailed, thorough, and timely manner.
- Highlight and make note of missing or damaged equipment from orders.
- Assist camera crews during preps. Make and document any changes to orders.
- Make deliveries and pickups as needed.
- Assist clients and coworkers with loading equipment in and out of the facility.
- Provide clients with great customer service.
- Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have some working knowledge of cameras, lenses, and recording media/data.
- Have meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to Multitask and prioritize and to adapt to shifting needs.
- Have positive and friendly attitude.
