Job Description

The role provides dedicated high-level administrative support to the President and is highly visible across the Television organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in the business side of television. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and all-encompassing administrative support to the President, Lionsgate Television Group, inclusive of:
  • Extensive calendar and inbox management
  • Heavy phone management and rolling of calls
  • Scheduling and facilitating conference calls and meetings (in-person & virtual)
  • Managing and processing expense reports
  • Booking travel and building and managing of travel itineraries
  • Managing experience for visitors and guests
  • Other ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as directed by the President
  • Maintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and materials
  • Works closely with Television executives, employees, external partners, and visitors
  • Develops and maintains databases, distribution lists, mailing lists and filing systems
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have 2+ years of full-time administrative experience directly supporting a senior executive 
  • Must be a highly motivated and extremely detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude, strong organizational/interpersonal skills, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to handle highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate overtime as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone etiquette
  • Ability to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities
  • Ability to assume responsibility, function effectively in team environment or independently, with minimal supervision
  • A college degree is preferred
Nice to Haves
  • Previous experience supporting a Business Affairs executive at a film or television studio/network
  • Previous experience having supported an agent or executive at a talent agency
