Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overall support of Talent Department including answering phones, scheduling, sorting mail, filing, copying, submitting expenses, maintaining calendar and talent related spreadsheets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on pop culture and entertainment news.
- Convey vital information regarding talent bookings and logistics to Show producers and talent management.
- Act as a liaison between the Department and talent management, publicists, and other general inquiries.
- Work with Talent Coordinator and accounting department to administer talent contracts and follow up as needed.
- Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.
- Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- 1+ years working as executive or personal assistant in the entertainment industry.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours due to the production schedule of the show, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Additional Requirements:
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
- Hourly salary range: $16.50 - $20.00
- This position is paid a weekly rate based on a typical work schedule of 60 hrs/wk. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at an overtime rate. In the event that you work more than the anticipated 60 hrs/wk, you will be paid additional overtime compensation as required by law.
