Join us in collaborating on a diverse range of projects with varying deadlines, spanning news, sales, creative services, and station-wide initiatives. We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives on learning and work independently on a nightside shift. Previous experience in Motion Design & Studio Production Work is a plus.

Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer with us, you'll be entrusted with making key aesthetics and messaging decisions to enhance our visual storytelling. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing graphics templates to create compelling visuals for daily newscasts and lifestyle programming with tight timelines.
- Crafting comprehensive graphics packages, encompassing logos, in-studio graphics, and design templates for shows, segments, and multimedia specials.
- Collaborating closely with sales account executives and clients to design static and dynamic digital web ads that effectively convey messaging objectives.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Selecting and creating appropriate graphics, animations, and audio styles for diverse projects.
- Developing original designs for broadcast, digital, and video promotions.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all projects you're involved in.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications;
- A Bachelor's degree in Art, Motion Design, Broadcasting, or equivalent experience.
- Proven graphic design and artistic talent.
- At least one year of experience in graphic design, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- 2D/3D Motion and animation experience, with expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver finished work on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to occasionally work extra hours and shifts based on project deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and willingness to collaborate with others.
- An organized approach to file management.
