Job Description

The Disney Television Animation studio is looking for a superstar Executive Assistant to support three high level production executives.

Responsibilities :
  • Provides day to day administrative support to VP, Creative Production, VP, Short Form Production and Executive Director, Production positions. 
  • Handle telephone calls, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, schedule appointments and interviews, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Handles highly confidential materials and information.
  • Create and update reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed such as:
  • Help prepare bidding packages for distribution.    
  • Update production schedules
  • Help foster positive talent relationships.
  • Host events and meetings.                                       
Required Qualifications :
  • 2 years of entertainment experience in as an administrative assistant or intern with production, network, and/or agency experience required.
  • Must live within a commutable to distance to Glendale, CA. (onsite 4-5 days a week)
  • Keynote and PowerPoint presentation experience highly desired.
  • Strong time management skills: excellent multi-tasker and able to work well in a high-pressure environment (will support 3 executives)
  • Detail orientated and organized and resourceful.
  • 1+ year experience with travel and expense reports.
  • Fluency in MS applications including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & SAP
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work well both independently and collaboratively using good judgement
  • Curiosity about new trends in the industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Animation production experience a plus
  • Intermediate to Expert level in Excel & SAP
Required Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $52,400.00 to $70,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
