Job Description

Marvel Studios is seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to assist and support the operation of the Marvel Studios Physical Production Streaming Department. Reporting to the VP, Physical Production Streaming, the assistant will perform key duties in a demanding and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

· Update and maintain calendar for Vice President of Physical Production; schedule meetings and phone calls (including sending out and managing calendar invites)
· Answer phones and manage call lists for Physical Production executives
· Maintain up-to-date crew availability lists and H.O.D. candidate lists for the shows as they start up.
· Book travel (flights, hotels, car services), as needed
· Manage and submit expense reports
· Coordinate processing and distribution of production paperwork (call sheets, production reports, SAG sheets, wrap reports, crew lists, etc.)
· Gather, track, and enter various production-related data on multiple platforms
· Curate databases and established relationships with vendors, ATL, and BTL crew
· Work collaboratively with admins across other Marvel Studios and Disney departments

Basic Qualifications:

· Experience supporting a production executive, either in a studio or on set preferable
· Physical Production experience preferred, either in a studio or on set
· Proficiency in scheduling meetings and organizing calendars for multiple executives
· Experience booking travel preferred
· Familiarity with production paperwork (call sheets, production reports, schedules, crew lists, etc.)
· High level of integrity in handling proprietary and confidential information; promotes confidence with other employees in handling sensitive data
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work calmly, professionally, and collaboratively, under pressure, and with a variety of personalities, including the Marvel and Disney teams, production companies, and vendors
· Ability to prioritize multiple, changing projects in a dynamic, sometimes high-pressure environment.
· Self-starter, with a proactive can-do, solution-oriented mindset
· Strong Experience and knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word necessary

Preferred Qualities:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $52,400.00 to $70,200.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week.
