Job Description

The People & Change team is responsible for managing people and change management activities for a global ERP transformation. This role will report into the Senior Director Change Management lead and help ensure our training development and delivery can enable users to adopt to the changes and successfully perform in the new systems and processes.

The Change Management & Training Specialist will aim to shift the organizational culture and adoption of new global technologies. Partnering with our priority projects across the world, this role will support with role-base learning planning, training delivery, project management to ensure key milestones are reached. 

Here you’ll get to: 
  • Support ongoing review/development/modification of technology training materials/resources in partnership with global subject matter resources (SMRs) 
  • Manage the upload of new/revised content to Workday learning and SharePoint 
  • Drive material translation process 
  • Leverage data and gather user feedback to monitor, evaluate and report on training program effectiveness 
  • Proactively consult with global SMRs to ensure training information is current and accurate  
  • Develop and distribute training communications and event invites 
  • May conduct train-the-trainer sessions as required  
  • Drive to improve and automate any processes 
  • Support with management of third partner content developers  
  • Special projects as required 
Rockstar candidates will be: 
  • Ability to work with global team to assess training needs and development approach in fast paced environment 
  • Ability to translate training needs and produce instructional material in various formats 
  • Skilled in various tools such as SAP Enable Now Producer, Captivate, Articulate, Storyline, WalkMe or other e-learning/authoring tools. 
  • Experience with Learning Management System administration (Workday preferred). 
  • Disciplined self-starter with can-do attitude; proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Data-oriented and comfortable leveraging metrics to make decisions or recommendations.   
It would be music to our ears if you also had: 
  • Global transformation experience  
Education/Experience Required: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, organizational development, HR, education, training and development or related areas of study 
  • 2+ years leading digital training programs 
  • Proficiency using digital learning platforms (Workday Learning preferred), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
