Job Description
Experience in crafting video for online audiences, location shoots, writing scripts, camera-operating, and various editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc) is required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce recurring on-location videos and one-off video pieces on/off-location to support the development of the musicianship of Rocksmith+ users
- Establish, develop, refine, and maintain the video production pipeline of the in-house Rocksmith Video Production team and any freelancers (including YouTubers)
- Coordinate with all the Video Production clients to ensure the efficiency of the production
- Create and maintain a production calendar for all content requests following the priority defined by the Creative Director
- Ensure punctuality and visibility for deadlines on video material.
- Support the Video Director in in the creation and delivery of all video content
- Communicate video teams plan with rest of the teams on the project
- Coordinate with the localization team on creating a smooth pipeline to translate or subtitle video content into other languages
- Assist with distribution of video content to in-game client and for use on the web
- Constantly seek out ways to improve the efficiency of the Video production process
- Continuously keep track of industry topics and trends
- Help create training paths for video team members and integrate it into the production planning
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Shotgrid, and Excel a plus

- High level of expertise of video/film production in the video/cinema industry (or other relevant experience)
- Pre-production (location scouting, scripting, budget, casting, sending call sheets, props, legal clearance, and production gear, etc.,), production (keeping production on track, timely, and organized) and post-production (making sure editing tasks, deadlines and distribution is met)
- Plenty of flexibility to adapt to a range of situations & navigate interdependencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
- Experience with administrative tasks
- An attentive, collaborative, and innovative spirit
- A people-oriented approach: sure, you care about results, but you never lose sight of the dedicated people behind them
- Passion and knowledge of music and storytelling is a plus
