VIDEO/GRAPHICS EDITOR - WNEM

WNEM-TV is recruiting for a Video & Graphics Editor. The ideal candidate is experienced, driven, and has the aptitude to make projects come alive. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including news, marketing, commercial, and web content. Responsible for and routinely work directly with clients during the pre-production process with conceptualization, script writing in the production process, and editing in post-production. You will collaborate in a friendly and professional manner with coworkers, clients, and vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Work closely with the News, Sales & Marketing, and our clients to create effective 2D static and motion graphics for all platforms.
- Design graphic elements for use on-air, online, and social media as well as merchandise and print materials.
- Conceptualize, write, produce, and/or edit video content for news/web/clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, Photoshop
• Proven experience as a graphic artist and editor
• Experience editing long-form videos
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelines
• Ability to write/edit ad copy
• Basic videography skills
• Positive and a team player
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Valid driver's license is required
