Job Description
WDJT-TV CBS 58 is searching for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing news team. You will lead a team of Directors and Floor Directors, working towards airing fast-paced, graphics-intensive newscasts and other live and recorded locally produced news and sports programs on CBS 58, WMLW, and Telemundo Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have experience guiding a team towards a shared goal, collaborating with other departments, working in a control room during live programming, and familiarity with automated production systems, iNews, and robotic camera systems.
Must exhibit the ability to create schedules, train, review, and oversee members of the production crew, hire new applicants, and advocate for the needs of the production department for current and new projects.
