Job Description
This position reports to the Manager of Worldwide Product Placement and will work closely with the Apple Graphics team.
Location: New York, Santa Clara or LA.

Key Qualifications
- 2+ years minimum experience with film and television production clearances
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, and time-critical environment
- Outstanding at prioritizing issues and carrying out solutions with little oversight
- Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
- Experience on production phone calls and has confidence to speak to various levels of the production team
- Comfortable with high volumes of information and quickly breaking down what action needs to be taken
- Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently and independently
- Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Knows when to delegate issues upward
- Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships
- Provide support to team leader, while working closely with full team as integral part of production coordination and product reviews
- Critical thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the “big picture”
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on sophisticated, large-scale and time-critical projects in international markets
- Comfortable working nontraditional hours aligned with production industry.
- Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages along with additional knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in English

- This role is focused on product placement in film and television. The position works equally with internal and external team members.
- Work closely with the internal script supervisor and key production team members to identify and supervise technology and electronics in ATV+ content from pre-production to wrap of physical production.
- Provide deep knowledge and support to ensure accuracy and simplicity for use of Apple products by production.
- This includes script breakdowns, product guidance, external partner management, ordering and tracking all Apple products needed for productions, provide inventory and wrap-out lists, and daily interaction with the Apple TV+ internal team.
- Be responsible for multiple productions simultaneously and ensure all submissions are reviewed, responded to and archived in a timely fashion.
