Job Description

In search of a motivated Production Coordinator to help support our video production team for an approximate 5 month contract.

The Production Coordinator serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfill tasks for backend support to the Producer team, as well as occasional client-facing requests.

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is a detail-oriented and dedicated team player.  If you are interested in growing your project management skills in a fast-paced setting with a fun, supportive, agile, and prolific producer team, this is the job for you!

As a Production Coordinator, You Will
  • Support the Associate Producers in pre-production tasks, inclusive, but not limited to coordinating catering for productions, tracking of remote recording equipment, updating internal project tracking records/forms, supporting maintenance of call sheets for resources, and tracking/approving invoices
  • Secure crew, liaising with the Human Resources team and the resources
  • Provide oversight of all accessibility offerings, inclusive of transcription, subtitling and audio descriptions
  • Drive monthly reconciliation of financials for ancillary services rendered
  • Support delivery of documentation to clients in support of upcoming projects (confirmations & releases)
  • Support monitoring several email accounts, managing inboxes and calendars
  • Take meeting minutes in various meetings
  • Assist in basic scheduling of video production and editorial projects
  • Collaborate with the greater team to envision strategies to refine processes, documenting internally; supporting training others in tasks, as needed
As an Applicant, You Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional administrative or production environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid role, may require on-site presence dependent on production schedule.
  • Travel: No travel requirements at this time, subject to change.

Compensation: Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s starting pay will not exceed $25.50/hour and will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
