The Production Assistant (Casting & Development) is responsible for assisting the Casting Manager with casting and record preparation, conforming and tracking scripts through production and providing support and assisting in the coordination of all record-related and script conform tasks for all projects associated with Lucasfilm Animation.

Prints and distributes scripts, schedules, cue sheets for Record Sessions
Manages and attends Record Sessions on-site
Maintains episodic voice actor casting documents
Prepares reference materials for Record Sessions as needed
Prepares Animation Draft Conforms for production as well as Broadcast Conforms for final, post delivery
Tracks dialogue pickups called throughout the production phase in conjunction with the Script Coordinator
Attends meetings, takes notes and distributes to team
Maintains and tracks data in partnership with Finance
Assists in scheduling general meetings, production meetings, and creative catch-ups
Interfaces with agents and manager offices to schedule general meetings
Reads and shares feedback on incoming writer/director submissions when appropriate
Keeps submission logs up to date
Attends and takes notes for some animation development and production meetings
Works with other assistants and the Director of Animation to schedule and prioritize key meetings and keep the Director of Animation appraised of weekly deadlines
You probably have 1 - 2 years experience in Production minimum, preferably in Animation.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Art, Film or related, or you have gained that experience by working in our industry.
Requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow up/follow through skills required.
Requires excellent administrative and note-taking skills.
Capable of handling high volume of activity and meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency using Final Draft, Filemaker Pro, MSWord, GoogleMail, and Excel
