Job Description
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the human resources departments within our organization. This position requires a high level of detail, follow through, accuracy, communication skills and project management. This person may also work closely with company assistants to ensure all needs are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in formalizing all department Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- Provide access to, greet and escort building visitors and guests
- Collect, code then process invoices and expense reports in Concur
- Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, integrity, fulfillment of commitments and professionalism at all times
- Additional support tasks and responsibilities as required
- Prepare documents for meetings
- Maintain electronic storage of associate files
- Maintain organization charts for the Blank Family of Businesses
- Track timely completion and submission of required HR forms and processes
- Provide support for HR team, projects will vary
- Flexibility in work schedule
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- A background in working in a Customer focused industry
- Proven ability to manage long term scheduling within changing requirements and priorities
- Experience supporting multiple associates
- Manage and maintain an Executive schedule
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, dependability, initiative and professionalism
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and build trust
Preferred Skills:
- Recent experience working in a Customer‐focused environment with a focus on Service
- Very knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) – version 2010 or later. Intermediate skill level, or higher is preferred
- Associate degree from an accredited institution plus 3 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
