DBT Casting and Talent Relations are seeking an Assistant to support the VP of Casting & Talent Relations and Director of Talent Relations, and occasional support for overall department.

Job Description

Flex Type Hybrid - This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

  • Maintain and organize heavy calendar scheduling, multiple phone lines and book travel arrangements for talent
  • Prepare Excel reports with celebrity information, gift ideas, and basic budgets
  • Organize contact database of writers, producers, creative executives, and any related correspondence as needed
  • Proactively submit expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies
  • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Coordinate with agents, managers, parents, and publicity reps to ensure talent information and availability are current and updated
  • Schedule Disneyland and Walt Disney World visits for talent
  • Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary
  • Provide additional support to other executives and department as needed
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably at an executive level
  • Knowledge of agencies, networks, and social media platforms
  • Strong pop culture knowledge, including but not limited to celebrities in movies, TV, music, digital and sports.
  • Research skills for gifting and event locations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate overtime with short notice
  • Ability to well under pressure and adaptable to fast paced changes
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work as a team player within the department and assist where needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of SAP & Concur
  • Experience with managing talent
  • Someone with a passion for talent
  • Strong social media knowledge
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience
