Reporting directly to the Design Director, the Designer will sit within the Creative Team working across the relevant Markets and will be responsible for delivering the component parts of the creative strategy.

⦁ Accurately reports on all projects in ‘Farmers Wife’
⦁ Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training

⦁ Proven experience in graphic design and motion design, ideally with a good knowledge of broadcast.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or Motion Design or equal standing from an accredited Art Institute or School of Design.
⦁ Fluency in graphics and animation programmes such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects and a basic knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D is desirable
⦁ Excellent Apple Mac skills.
⦁ Strong creative and analytical skills.
⦁ Strong knowledge of the graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, colour.
⦁ Strong knowledge of moving image and current animation techniques.
⦁ A creative portfolio, showcasing innovative design solutions.
⦁ Meticulous attention to detail, both creatively and in processes.
⦁ Excellent knowledge of current trends, creative executions and technology / software.
⦁ Good knowledge of the production process and deliverables for (Video, Print and Digital)
⦁ Ability to work on a range of projects at once.
⦁ Ability to work within a team and on self-contained projects.
⦁ Experienced in high volume of work and tight turnaround deadlines.
⦁ Ability to work with design team in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
