The Copy & Creative Director will write and supervise the creation of breakthrough marketing concepts and copy for all AMC Networks platforms, across all media.

This may include image campaigns, product advertising, program launch, key art, episodic, seasonal campaigns, social media and any other copy and conceptual material, including consumer advertising as well as B2B and ad-sales.
Equally important, this person will have the ability to communicate with and collaborate with other creatives across any and all parts of the organization and will be responsible for the consistency and effectiveness of a very large variety of messages throughout the AMC Networks. We’re looking for an extraordinary communicator, who can cross all boundaries and unify our collective voice.
Candidate will have an established ability to conceptualize ideas, scripts and copylines that are persuasive and true to the content we are advertising. Must recognize and be capable of generating “big ideas”—impactful, agency-quality creative that connects with the viewer/client’s emotions and motivates media interaction and consumption.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- 10 years of experience in creative marketing and copy.
- Broad Knowledge of entertainment and entertainment marketing
- Broad knowledge of production techniques at a very high level
- Extraordinary communicator and must be comfortable communicating with experienced professionals in a variety of disciplines, and present creative pitches to top executives.
- A passion for quality entertainment content is a definite plus.
