Job Description

Paramount is seeking a freelance Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Operations to join our NYC team. Our ideal candidate will be an integral partner in managing administrative recruitment activities and providing a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing a superlative candidate experience and serving as a central point of contact throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Closely partner with 3rd party vendor
  • Review all applications and present qualified talent that applies to the hiring manager
  • Manage candidate slate tracker
  • Scheduling a high volume of phone, video and in-person interviews for hiring managers
  • Utilize our augmented writing platform, Textio, and manage job descriptions for consistency for open positions 
  • Post roles to our internal/external career sites as well as niche job boards
  • Assisting in the background check process
  • Leading the new hire process – preparing offer letters and sending out new hire packages to candidates, completing and submitting new hire paperwork to the appropriate departments
  • Utilizing SuccessFactors, our applicant tracking system 
  • Participate in weekly TA meetings 
  • Status reporting 
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience 
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google suite
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Superlative attention to detail and organization
  • Skill set to handle multiple tasks, prioritize projects and make decisions daily
  • Extremely flexible with the ability to quickly shift priorities with a positive and can-do personality and work style
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, exhibit integrity, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $25.00- $30.00.
