The success of these events is crucial not just for our clients but also for our internal morale. These events foster a sense of community between our clients and the leadership team, further underscoring the role and perception of Disney as a family brand.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Scout venues, locations, and vendors – compiling a list of valuable contacts for the myriad of events needed. Create, revise and finalize hotel rooming lists, work with Amex for client air bookings, book cars and shuttles for events .
- Complete expense reports, process invoices for vendors, and all other bills. Create and update budgets for events.
- Consistently update internal documents such as calendars and master events charts.
- Communicate with the Sales team on upcoming event needs. Interact with administrative and other staff as it relates to clients and events.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
- 1+ year of experience with both internal & client facing events
- Bachelors Degree preferred
The hiring range for this position in New York is $53,600 - $73,700 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
