Job Description

This role provides support to the Vice President, Casting, helping oversee multiple shows, pilots, DTVs, movies, pilots, animatics and shorts for Hanna-Barbera, Cartoon Network Studios and Warner Bros. Animation.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Supports the VP in casting all projects assigned to. 
  • Sends out casting breakdowns, organizes all auditions into Box folder, reviews all auditions, take notes and keep master list of all actors who audition. 
  • Creates a select list for VP to send to producers
  • Create and manage all casting lists for VP to pull from. 
  • Responsible for updating and managing lists.
  • Responsible for scheduling and organizing all call backs for producer and giving detailed notes and sides to actors.
  • Send out offer emails to actors and gather all their payroll docs securely to then generate all payroll docs for review and signature including SAG day player, loan out agreement and sign in sheet. 
  • Overseeing all payroll on assigned shows to make sure contracts are signed and sent to payroll for processing
  • Responsible for scheduling all the actors on each assigned to for records.  Sending out materials, making sure the contract is sign prior to session, if actor has home studio making sure it’s been vetted.
  • Making sure all actors are cleared from SAG and if needed Taft Hartley
  • Making stunt lists for projects which includes actor research and pulling voice samples
  • Handling and vetting all ancillary requests on assigned shows: Promos, CP and shorts.
  • Scouting and researching new diverse actors
Qualifications & Experience...
  • 2 years previous administrative experience required
  • Casting experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience with scheduling talent and working with agents
  • Good knowledge of actors in entertainment Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Box)
  • Experience with casting software Breakdown, Cast it IMDB pro
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
  • BA degree preferred
