Job Description
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Upkeep and use of microphones, backstage monitors, communication systems and audio systems
- Position microphones on all talents and guests
- Distribute communication boxes and is responsible for their return
- Must be able to use playback software/hardware
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent college degree
- Minimum 1-year experience on live shows
- Knowledge of sound, music, and acoustics
- Knowledge of various types of microphones, receivers and transmitters
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required
- Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- Able to perform many different duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
