Job Description

The Assembly Film Internship Program presents a transformative journey, where participants assume integral roles within our team. This distinctive program offers an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring filmmakers to glean insights across various facets of the film and television domain, engaging in practical experiences that hold substantial relevance.

Interns will be actively involved in day-to-day studio operations, shadowing Assembly Studios' dedicated staff during production days, participating in script reading and analysis, attending enriching roundtable discussions, and spearheading the creation of a short film, potentially eligible for submission to esteemed events such as the Atlanta Film Festival and other competitions. Notably, this paid internship extends over 8-9 weeks, commencing on October 24th and culminating on December 15th. Regrettably, virtual internships are not currently on offer.

Qualifications and Application Details:
  • To be considered, candidates must possess reliable transportation to and from Assembly Studios. 
  • This enriching opportunity extends to both current college seniors of the class of 2023 and graduates from 2022. 
  • A prerequisite entails having completed or being in the process of completing at least one film-related course.
