Job Description
The role of the 3D Coordinator is to collaborate in maintaining the standards and practices of Floyd County productions 3D department and to be intimately familiar with all roles, providing and balancing resources, tracking project schedules across all productions, innovate existing workflows and tools, attend meetings taking detailed notes, and coordinating with production to insure efficient deliveries. In addition the 3D Coordinator is responsible for purchasing assets, 3d outsource management, and legal clearance awareness.
The 3D Production Coordinator reports directly to the Art Director and dotted line to the Production Manager.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of animation and/or 3D pipeline
- Knowledge of Project/Production Management tools
- Ability to communicate, teach, and delegate tasks to senior, and mid 3D Artists.
- Go to and administrate meetings
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all productions Art directors, Producers, and production managers.
- Good listening, learning, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic.
- Go-to resource for general knowledge of pipeline issues
- Desire to adapt and grow as a department facing production resource
Desired Experience:
- Approximately one or more seasons of experience in a 3D Leadership job role at Floyd County Productions or extenuating merit.
- Approximately three seasons of experience in a 3D job role at Floyd County Productions or extenuating merit.
- Knowledge of 3D processes a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Purchasing of assets
- Balance resources based on project needs and budget
- Innovate existing workflows and tools
- Attend all meetings and take detailed notes
- Coordinate with production to ensure efficient delivery of assets
- 3D Outsourcing management - point of contact, legal clearance awareness
- Monitor and approve time off requests
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all role Leads Seniors
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all productions Art directors, Producers, and production managers.
- Process and composite storyboards
- Breakdown Concept art and List assets in accordance with standards and practices
